5-WEEK DANCE PROGRAM

This 5-week heels program is more than learning choreography. It’s a space to train with intention, build confidence, and connect with like-minded dancers.

Through consistent practice, you’ll refine technique, develop performance quality, and grow stronger in your movement and presence.

5-week structure training program

2-hour class each week (10 hours total)

Private group chat for support and accountability

Professional filming (group + optional solo)

Week 1 – Intro to Heels

Posture, balance, walking technique and safe movement in heels. We finish the session with drills choreography.

Week 2 – Technique Drills + Choreo Part 1

Technique drills, control work and learning the first section of the main routine.

Week 3 – Technique Drills + Choreo Part 2

Technique drills followed by the next section of choreography as the routine comes together.

Week 4 – Perfomance & Confidence

Final choreography rehearsal, performance drills, and confident training to help you trainiing with presence and personal style.

Week 5 – Final Filming Session

Over five weeks, you’ll build technique, confidence, and performance presence —finishing with a professional filming session to showcase your progress.

FROM 0 - BEGINNER LEVEL

A supportive heels training program designed for dancers at the beginning of their heels journey or transitioning from other styles. This course focuses on:

• building strong heels foundations

• developing confidence and body awareness

• exploring femininity through movement

A safe and empowering space to learn, grow, and fall in love with heels.

ELEVATE COURSE

OPEN LEVEL (BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL)

A technique-focused heels program for dancers with some heels experience who want to refine their foundation and elevate their movement. This course focuses on:

• technique & alignment

• balance, control & strength

• flexibility and confident performance

Perfect for dancers ready to grow, refine their movement, and dance with intention.
